30 Days No Reason Free Return
We put the customer shopping experience at the first position. If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 30 days can consider and return the items.
Claim 30 Days Free Returns
All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item.
All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
Buyers need to pre-pay the return shipping cost however we will
reimburse you upon successful returns claim.
The return shipping cost cannot exceed $15
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Byybuo Store to
process your claim within 2 business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
*If the refund is exceed your original payments (like extra return shipping fee) the refund will processed by PayPal.
