Pues eso, comprado en 2024 y en 9 meses se queda paralizado en el logo de byybuo y no pasa de ahí, aún estando en garantía no hay forma de contactar con nadie para solucionarlo, dinero tirado a la basura.
Funcionaba muy bien hasta que un día se quedó bloqueado en la pantalla de inicio de repente, solo lo teníamos 6 meses...
Worked for a few weeks and then stuck on the byybuo boot screen.
No option to contact support and no instructions on how to reset the frame.
Stuck in a loop trying to switch on.
There is no real support information anywhere (the reset button is not labelled and is hidden inside the headphone socket!). Despite spending days searching for that and doing a factory reset / wipe, still stuck in the same loop.
I would happily put a new firmware version onto an SD and sort this myself, but you cannot even download that.
How does the Warranty work???
