Return Policy

At Byybuo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and certificates included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a product defect.

For customers in the EU – Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product for any reason, without providing justification. After receiving your return request, we will process your refund within 14 days as required by law.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items (if any)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at sales@byybuo.com to initiate the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@byybuo.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Warranty

All Byybuo products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers hardware failures and functional issues under normal use, but does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@byybuo.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item to the return address we provide
