1-Year Limited Warranty
At Byybuo, we stand behind the quality of our products. All devices purchased from Byybuo are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers hardware failures and functional defects that occur under normal, intended use, including:

Screen display abnormalities (dead pixels, flickering)

Touchscreen unresponsiveness

Battery failure (battery health dropping below 70% of original capacity within 2 years)

Charging port or power button malfunction

Speaker, microphone, or camera defects

Software issues caused by factory-installed system errors (not including user‑installed apps)

Other manufacturing defects affecting core functionality
What Is NOT Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

Accidental drops, impacts, liquid damage, or physical abuse

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Use of non‑Byybuo chargers, cables, or accessories

Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, battery aging over time)

Damage caused by improper storage, extreme temperatures, or humidity

Loss or theft of the device

Software issues caused by third‑party apps or user‑installed operating systems
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer service team at sales@byybuo.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue (including photos or videos if possible).

Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide a warranty authorization.

If the claim is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the defective device (shipping costs covered by Byybuo for warranty‑related returns).

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we will either provide a replacement (same model or equivalent) or issue a refund (at our discretion).
Warranty Exclusions for Specific Product Categories

| Tablet (General) | Battery health ≥80% for the first 1 years. If battery degradation exceeds 20% within 24 months under normal charging habits, a replacement battery is covered. |
International Warranty
The 1‑year warranty applies to all devices purchased directly from Byybuo (via our official website). For customers outside China, you may be responsible for return shipping fees to our service center unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue (in which case we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to a certain amount).
Proof of Purchase Required
A valid order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your order confirmation email for reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byybuo’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
