You must be of legal age. By purchasing a kids tablet, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the device.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or other reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees. In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to attempt other payment methods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy. We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Please refer to our Refund Policy (30-day return window) and Warranty Policy (1-year warranty, replacement or refund only – no repairs).
7. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. See full details in our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, images, trademarks, etc.) is our exclusive property.
9. Prohibited User Conduct
You are prohibited from using the Site unlawfully, spreading viruses, harvesting user information, or engaging in other prohibited activities.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. EU consumers do not lose the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of their country of residence.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Byybuo.
