As BYYBUO products are also listed on Amazon US/EU, all returns and refunds for this order will be handled through Amazon's return center for faster and more reliable service.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit Amazon.com (or your local Amazon EU site) and log into your account.
  2. Go to Your Orders → locate your BYYBUO order.
  3. Click Return or Replace Items and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Print the prepaid return label provided by Amazon and ship the item back.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by Amazon.
